Preparation for production
Nikma Engineering provides PCB manufacturing services. Orders are accepted for both test batches and industrial batches.
Printed circuit boards are contractually ordered from trusted Chinese manufacturers. We work only with those manufacturers whose work quality has been tested on our own experience for at least 5 years of successful cooperation. When ordering boards - we are fully responsible for their quality and timely delivery to the Customer's warehouse.
We do not have a minimum order quantity. The customer can order 1 board if there is such a need. But the smaller the volume, the more expensive the unit price.

Preparing boards for production
If the Customer does not have all the necessary files for ordering boards, we will prepare the boards for production:
If necessary, we provide services for the multiplication (paneling) of boards. Board multiplication - combining several boards on one sheet of PCB, to reduce the cost and speed up their production. Our engineers will make a multiplicate, taking into account the peculiarities of the boards, the technology of their soldering, mass production and maximum cost reduction.
We also provide services for the development of stencils for the manufacture of printed circuit boards in a series. Manufacturing a small number of samples can be ordered without a stencil. The stencil is required for industrial batches, for quickly and accurately applying solder paste strictly to the required places.
If the Customer does not have Gerber files for ordering boards, but only a project, we will help with their creation.
